Steps to Claim Warranty

If your Sleeply mattress develops a manufacturing defect during the warranty period or you wish to initiate an eligible return under the 100 Nights Trial, simply follow the steps below.

Contact Customer Support

Email us at digitalsleeply@gmail.com or call us on 1800 891 2826 to register your warranty, return, refund, or exchange request.

Submit Required Documents

Share your purchase invoice, warranty card (if applicable), clear photographs of the mattress, and a detailed description of the issue for verification.

Verification & Pickup

Once your complaint is verified, our team will contact you to arrange mattress inspection and pickup through our logistics partner.

Trial Period Validation

The 100 Nights Trial eligibility will be calculated from the original invoice date. Claims raised after the eligible period may not qualify.

Inspection & Final Decision

Your claim will be reviewed after product inspection. If approved, the mattress will be repaired or replaced with an equivalent model. Sleeply's decision regarding the claim shall be final.

Claim Rejection

If your claim is not eligible under the warranty terms, our team will notify you with the reason for rejection.

07

Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising from warranty, replacement, or refund claims shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of Delhi courts.
