1. General Return & Exchange Policy

  • Eligibility: Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery for eligible products.
  • Products must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with tags and accessories intact.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Customized products, hygiene-related items, gift cards, and downloadable products are not eligible.
  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required for all returns and exchanges.

2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  • Contact our support team within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Share your order number, product details, and reason for return/exchange.
  • Once approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) Number.
  • Securely pack and ship the product back using a trackable shipping method.
  • After inspection, we will process your request within 5–7 business days.

3. Conditions for Returns & Exchanges

  • Products must be unused and unwashed.
  • Original packaging, labels, and accessories must be included.
  • Products not meeting these conditions may not qualify for returns or exchanges.

4. Refunds

  • Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.
  • Refunds are credited to the original payment method.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by us.

5. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • If the requested product is unavailable, we may offer a refund or alternate product.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, while we cover shipping for the replacement item.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged product
  • Description of the issue

We will arrange a replacement or full refund based on your preference.

7. Final Sale Items

Clearance items, seasonal products, and products marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

8. Gift Returns

Gift products may be exchanged for store credit or another product of equal value with valid proof of purchase.

9. International Returns

Customers are responsible for international return shipping charges and applicable customs duties.
