Sleeply Warranty Policy
Every genuine Sleeply mattress is backed by our Limited Warranty against manufacturing defects, ensuring long-lasting comfort, durability, and peace of mind.
Warranty Coverage
- Every genuine Sleeply mattress is covered by a 10-Year Limited Warranty against manufacturing defects, effective from the original invoice date.
- The warranty applies only to manufacturing defects in the mattress foam. The outer fabric cover, zipper, zipper runner, handles, and accessories are not covered.
- PU foam naturally softens over time and light body impressions are considered normal wear and are not manufacturing defects.
- Roll-packed mattresses may require up to 72 hours to regain their original dimensions with an acceptable tolerance of ±15 mm in length, width, and height.
- Warranty claims relating to mattress dimensions will not be accepted if they fall within the permitted tolerance limits. Measurements must be taken from the centre of the mattress using a carpenter's tape as instructed by Sleeply representatives.
- The warranty becomes void if the mattress remains in its original vacuum-packed condition for more than 30 days after delivery.
- The warranty covers manufacturing defects including:
- Foam sagging or depressions deeper than 1 inch (2.54 cm).
- Manufacturing defects in the foam causing cracks or structural failure.
- Unravelling or defective stitching caused during manufacturing.
- The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, comfort preference changes, or damage resulting from improper use.
- Breakage of zippers, outer cover damage, cosmetic wear, and similar issues are not considered manufacturing defects.
- If a manufacturing defect occurs within the first year, Sleeply may repair or replace the mattress with a comparable model and size.
- Replacement models will be equivalent products available at that time. Sleeply is not obligated to replace discontinued models with newly launched models.
- Manufacturing defects reported after the first year will be handled under Sleeply's prorated warranty policy.
- If repair is not possible, Sleeply may offer a prorated credit value based on the remaining warranty period toward the purchase of a new mattress from www.mysleeply.com.
- Sleeply reserves the sole right to determine whether a mattress will be repaired, replaced, or credited under the prorated warranty.
- Softening of polyurethane foam resulting from regular use is considered natural and is not covered under warranty.
- If multiple mattresses are purchased together, warranty claims apply only to the individual defective mattress.
- Packaging charges, freight charges, service fees, transportation costs, taxes, and related expenses shall be borne by the customer unless otherwise agreed.
- Customers may request Sleeply assistance for transportation, subject to actual applicable charges.
- For mattresses purchased through Amazon, Flipkart, or other marketplaces, marketplace return policies shall apply. Sleeply warranty remains applicable subject to these terms.
- If your mattress was purchased directly from www.mysleeply.com and is still within the applicable 100 Nights Trial period, eligible exchange options may be available.
Warranty Exclusions
- Normal wear and tear of fabric, stitching, or mattress cover.
- Indentations measuring less than 1 inch (2.54 cm).
- Damage caused by using an incorrect bed frame, base, or cot size.
- Comfort preference changes including firmness, softness, or feel.
- Improper handling including folding, bending, ironing, jumping, dragging, or placing the mattress on an unsuitable base.
- Damage caused by stains, burns, liquids, pets, insects, rodents, or other external factors.
- Mattresses purchased from unauthorized sellers or not owned by the original purchaser.
- Natural material odours, allergies, or slight foam softening over time.
- Claims submitted without a valid purchase invoice or warranty registration.
- Shrinkage or deformation of mattress corners caused by tight bedsheets.
- Damage resulting from bending, folding, mishandling, or improper transportation.
- Damage caused by placing heavy or unusual objects on the mattress.
- Heat exposure, fire damage, ironing damage, or prolonged exposure to extreme temperatures causing permanent deformation.
- Water seepage, liquid spills, moisture damage, or visible stains.
- Failure to allow Sleeply representatives to inspect the mattress when requested.
- Minor cosmetic imperfections that do not affect mattress performance.
- Free promotional products or complimentary accessories supplied with the mattress.
- Stains reported after 2 days from delivery.
- Roll-packed mattresses are expected to recover within 48 hours after unpacking. A dimensional variation of ±0.5 inch is considered acceptable.
- Any damage or condition not specifically covered under this warranty.
- The final determination regarding manufacturing defects and warranty eligibility shall rest solely with Sleeply / Aadi Polymers Private Limited.
