Sleeply mattresses come with up to 10 years limited warranty depending on the product category. Please check the product page or invoice for exact details.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects such as sagging beyond the permissible limit, broken coils, and defective foam layers under normal usage conditions.
Damage from misuse, stains, physical damage, normal comfort changes, or usage without a proper foundation is not covered under this warranty.
Contact our support team with your registered details and invoice, and our team will guide you through the inspection and claim process.
Rotate your mattress every 3 months, use a proper foundation, and avoid exposing it to excess moisture to keep your warranty valid.
